Shipping and delivery timeframe

Your order will be sent within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. If we are unable to fullfil your order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post, both within Australia and overseas.

Worldwide                  AUD$20.00 from 400 grams

Please note that the customer is responsible for any local customs charges that may be payable for deliveries outside Australia.

Transaction currency

You can choose to view prices between the currencies available. However, all orders will be processed in AUD. 

Refund and Returns policy

Wool Connection is happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your order. Goods must be returned unused and undamaged to us within 60 days of receipt. We will refund the amount for the goods returned. However, we will not refund postage charges, unless we made a mistake with your order.

Goods damaged in transit

If your order has been damaged during transit, please keep all packaging (for the insurance claim) and contact us as soon as possible so we can re-send your order.
